Terms of use
By creating an account or using Synapttia you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Synapttia lets you forward newsletters to an assigned address, generate summaries and audio, and view them in the app. The service may evolve; features in a development environment can change without notice.
2. Account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Content you forward
You may only forward content you have the right to process. Do not use Synapttia for illegal material, mass spam, malware, or infringement of third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the system.
4. Intellectual property
The Synapttia brand, design, and software belong to us or are licensed. Newsletter content remains with its authors; we process it only to provide the service to you.
5. AI and accuracy
Summaries and metadata may be generated with help from AI models and may contain errors or omissions. They do not replace reading the original when accuracy is critical.
6. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We may interrupt or limit access for maintenance, security, or a reasonable cause. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Synapttia is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of or inability to use the service.
8. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date will appear on this page. Continued use after a material change implies acceptance, unless the law requires another mechanism.
